Please provide details of offences recorded as occurring at the Army Foundation College, Harrogate, for the period 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2025 inclusive.
Specifically, I request the following:
Q1. The total number of sexual offences recorded in each calendar year from 2019 to 2025.
Q2. For each calendar year from 2019 to 2024, a breakdown of the total number of recorded offences by offence category.
This should include, but not be limited to, a clear breakdown of sexual offences into specific sub-categories, such as:
Rape
Sexual assault
If offence categories differ from those listed above, please provide the closest equivalent categories used in your recording system and include a brief description where necessary.

I have therefore decided to exempt providing you with a response to your request pursuant to Section 21 Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the Act).
Section 17 of the Act requires North Yorkshire Police, when refusing to provide such information (because the information is exempt) to provide you the applicant with a notice which: (a) states that fact, (b) specifies the exemption in question and (c) states (if that would not otherwise be apparent) why the exemption applies.
