Request:

Q1. For the YNYCA please furnish your recorded information on the population and communities you designate as (a) urban (b) rural to understand both the population numbers in urban and rural communities as you use for your services and resource allocation.

Q2. Specifically for the Deputy Mayor & previous PCC please can you provide the schedule for the last 4 FYs including this year to date, the schedule of ‘thematic’ areas, to understand the respective focus on a) rural areas b) urban areas and c) force wide.

I raise this specifically as I keep hearing ‘*rural this* *rural that * but not related urban issues.

Q3. Specifically regarding resource allocations can you please provid the following -the recorded information on the terms of reference and staffing for each of the two and when they were both formed?

a) rural task force

b) urban task force

Q4. Specifically regarding both task forces , can you do a simple word search in your systems for this FY and last, on numbers of Hits in your systems ie *rural task force* * urban task force*

Q5. For the planned period ahead please provide the thematic topics to be * scrutinised* by the DM.

Q3b. No information held as North Yorkshire Police do not have an urban task force.

Q4. A search of the MO remarks has been conducted using the term ‘rural task force’ for the timeframe requested which provided a zero result.
