I have today decided to disclose the following information to you.

Q1. Please see the table below showing the total number of Depositing, causing the deposition or permitting the deposition treating, keeping or disposing of controlled (but not special) waste in or on land without a licence crimes recorded between 01 April 2021 to 31 March 2024, broken down by financial year.

Q2. Please see the table below showing the total number of Depositing, causing the deposition or permitting the deposition treating, keeping or disposing of controlled (but not special) waste in or on land without a licence crimes recorded, where an officer has attended between 01 April 2021 to 31 March 2024, broken down by financial year.

*Please note  for the purposes of reporting, attendance is taken as when an officer is needed to attend in a timely response, it will exclude any appointments made in the future where an officer may need to attend to take statements or CCTV collection.
