I am looking for the following Hate Crime statistics for the City of York during the period from 1 November 2023 until 31 October 2024.

Q1. Total Number of Hate Crimes recorded in the City of York during the period

Q2. Breakdown of Hate Crimes recorded in the City of York during the period - i.e., by category - race, sexual orientation, disability, misogyny/misandry etc.

Q3. Any available information regarding the concentration of hate crime incidents in the City of York during the period - e.g.,Months in which the most hate crime incidents were recorded.

Q4. Certain parts of the city in which the most hate crime incidents have been recorded.

Q1. There have been 416 reported Hate Crimes in the City of York in the period 1 November 2023 to 31 October 2024.

Q2. Please see table below showing a breakdown of the type of Hate Crime as per the Hate Crime Strands recorded on North Yorkshire Police systems in the period 1 November 2023 to 31 October 2024.  Please note that there are a number of records where more than one Hate Crime was recorded and where this is the case we have provided both strands, for example, ‘Race, Homophobia’.
