Q1. Could you please supply incident reports for all reported wildlife crimes involving the following wildlife from February 2018 to October 2024? 

Q2. Include the number of arrests and convictions, as well as related property seized or recovered by police.

To locate the information relevant to your request searches were conducted within North Yorkshire Police. I can confirm that the information you have requested is held by North Yorkshire Police.   

Decision
I have today decided to disclose the following information to you.

Q1. There have been 25 reported wildlife incidents or crimes recorded between 1 February 2018 and 20 November 2024 where the MO remarks or occurrences summary include the wildlife listed above. 

Q2. There have been no related arrests and, of the above crimes/incidents, there have been 9 cases that have property linked and some of those crimes/incidents have multiple property linked, totalling 15 items of property seized/recovered.
