Decision
I have today decided to disclose the following information to you.
Q1. Since 2014 three police buildings have been closed without relocation or replacement.
Q2. Of those three buildings, at the time of closing none had front counters regularly open to the public.
Q3. Other than relocations, no additional buildings have been opened.
Q4. Not applicable. Please see response to Q3.
Q5. As stated at Question 2, at the time of closing none of the buildings had front counters regularly open to the public.
Q6 & 7. North Yorkshire Police has no current plans to open or close any of our current operational front counters, however, we are looking into various options of how we can expand our contact options to better suit the needs of our communities.
