Could you please provide the following data for the period 01/01/2024 – 31/12/2024:
Q1. The total number of individuals stopped for driving underage.
Q2. The locations by LSOA name where each offence took place.
Q3. The last outcome category type for each individual arrested.

Decision
I have today decided to disclose the following information to you.
Q1. There have been 19 arrests* for the following driving related offences, in the period 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024, where individuals are aged under 17.
- Drive a mechanically propelled vehicle on a road / in a public place without due care and attention
- Drive a motor vehicle dangerously (recordable)
- Drive a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence - endorsable offence
- Drive a motor vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence - non-endorsable offence
- Drive motor vehicle when alcohol level above limit (recordable)
- Driver of a vehicle fail to stop after a road accident (recordable)
- Fail to stop a mechanically propelled vehicle when required by constable / traffic warden.
Individuals may be arrested for more than one offence.
