To locate the information relevant to your request searches were conducted within North Yorkshire Police. I can confirm that the information you have requested is held by North Yorkshire Police.
Decision
I have today decided to disclose the following information to you.
Q1. 35 dogs were seized due to being a suspected banned breed or due to involvement in an offence under the Dangerous Dogs Act.
Q2. 18 of the dogs seized were XL bullies.
Q3. 17 dogs were destroyed.
Q4. 10 of the destroyed dogs were XL Bullies.
