To locate the information relevant to your request searches were conducted within North Yorkshire Police. I can confirm that the information you have requested is held by North Yorkshire Police.

I have today decided to disclose the following information to you.

Q2. Out of 160 that met the threshold for disclosure, 107 were within the 28 day time limit (28 day only introduced in April 23)

Of those disclosures that took over 50 and 100 days the reasons for delay include but is not limited to: non-engagement, failed appointments, apprehensive about receiving the information, declining the disclosure and a delay in finalising, agency delays in responding and availability, hard to reach person who is at potential risk, disclosure refused and then reviewed and authorised, multiple attempts and arrangements made but appointment cancelled.
*Please note, all other out of times were in general agreeing a suitable time , referral to the DVDS panel, waiting for information from another force there are also some that are a resourcing delay.
