FOI 1032-2025/26- Road traffic act section 5 offences
Request:
Q1. what data is being collected and collated related to the specific drug detected and measured with respect to RTA Section 5 offence.
The Met responded with tabular data showing which drug, and how often the specified concentration had been exceeded in 2024, and 2025 up to the middle of December.
I am now requesting an FOI from all the other English and Welsh police forces to provide similar data. This information is contained in the Short Forensic Report the police receive from the Forensic Laboratory provider.
