I have today decided to disclose the located information to you which is correct as of 09 October 2024.

In the tax year 2023/24, a total of £4,770.96 in compensation was paid to Claimants due to a forced entry at their property.

In the tax year 2023/24, a total of £4,077 in ex-gratia payments was paid to Claimants due to a forced entry at their property. An ex-gratia payment is a gesture of goodwill and is without any admission of liability.

For the sake of clarity, this information is provided for payments made in the tax year 2023/24 and this is not necessarily when the forced entry took place.

The term Claimant includes various people such as the owner, occupier, tenant or organisation responsible for the property. We do not specifically record if it was an owner. Forced entries can occur for a variety of reasons, of which we do not specifically record.
