FOI Pre-Employment Checks (649-2024/25)

Regarding reformulating this FoI request, the information I’m looking for is pre employment checks on professional standards systems that are carried out on members of the public that have pre existing complaints against police, and the accessing and recording of those complaints on applicants during the vetting process.
The pre employment checks aside from vetting that you listed as a gesture of good will don’t refer to professional standard checks on members of the public.
Would you please be able to refer me to any procedure published by North Yorkshire Police that describes the additional vetting process of accessing and recording of police complaints made by victims of crime/the public?

I note that this request is a duplicate request which has already been responded to under our ref 520.2024-25, however to confirm, the information you have requested is NOT held by North Yorkshire Police.
North Yorkshire Police follow the national Vetting Code of Practice and the Vetting APP 2021, neither of which cover the information in relation to your request.
