Decision
I have today decided to disclose the located information to you.
Q1. 24 known recorded incidents relating to suspected XL Bully dog attacks.
Q2. 12 of the dogs involved did not have exemption certificates, 6 were confirmed following investigation as not being the XL Bully type
Q3. 20 dogs were seized on suspicion of being XL bullies, 12 were confirmed as an XL Bully. Others did not meet the requirements of the XL Bully conformation.
Q4. 7 confirmed XL bullies were put to sleep during this time period.
