A misconduct hearing will take place on 22 - 25 September 2026. Having considered medical evidence, the Chair of the hearing has determined that it will take place in private. He has determined that there would be a significant risk of serious harm to the health of a third party (who was not involved in the events to which the allegations relate) if the hearing were to be public
