Appeal following assault in Selby

It happened at approximately 3.50am on Saturday 7 September in the Blackamoor pub on Finkle Street and involved member of staff being assaulted. The victim received facial injuries which required hospital treatment.

Two men aged 36 and 39 were arrested and bailed whilst our investigation continues.

We’re particularly appealing for information from anyone who was in the pub at the time and witnessed the incident.
