We are appealing for the victim of a sexual assault to come forward following an incident on a bus as it travelled between Darlington and Richmond.
It happened on 29 November between 5.30pm and 7pm when officers received a report from a third party that a man had sexually assaulted a young woman on the bus.
The victim is believed to have got off the bus in Catterick Garrison.
Officers have arrested a man matching the description of the suspect and he remains on police bail at this time.
We urge the victim and anyone else who may have witnessed the incident to get in touch as soon as possible.
