We’re appealing for information about a hate related criminal damage that occurred in York City Centre.
It happened between the hours of 6pm on Saturday 22 March 2025 and 10am the following day at This Shop Is So Gay on Parliament Street. A pride flag was ripped down from the outside of the store causing damage to the flagpole and brick work of the building.
We’re particularly appealing for information if anyone saw any activity in that area between those hours
Please email [email protected] if you have any information that could help our investigation.
