We are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage after a collision on the A172 at Swainby, near Stokesley.
Shortly before 7am today, Friday 5 June, we were called to a two-vehicle collision between the Cleveland Tontine and Stokesley.
It involved a grey Ford Puma travelling northbound towards Stokesley, and a silver Kia Rio travelling in the opposite direction.
The driver of the Kia, a man in his 30s from the Middlesbrough area, suffered minor injuries.
The driver of the Ford, a man in 40s from the Pontefract area, was uninjured and has been interviewed for driving offences.
The road was closed until around 9.30am to allow for emergency services to attend and investigation work to be carried out.
Any witnesses, and anyone with dashcam or CCTV footage, is asked to email [email protected], quoting reference 12260103444.
