FOI 0849.2024-25 Q1. I am seeking figures for the number of crimes which were closed under the following: "the total number of notifiable offences, finalised as Outcome 17: Suspect identified but prosecution time limit expired, where an offence subject to Limitation of Proceedings was the principal crime that would have been charged." https://www.gov.uk/government/statistics/police-recorded-crime-open-data-tables/police-recorded-crime-and-outcomes-open-data-tables-user-guide I now understand that Outcome 17 was only created in 2014, thus the initial request figures for the last 20 years in not possible. Therefore, it would be figures dating back to 2014 (by year, if possible) that I would be requesting, please. My apologies, I didn't previously know the name of the Outcome - Namely, Outcome 17 - I was requesting (I have since learned of this from other Forces).

FOI 0827.2024-25 Q1. From April 1st 2024 to present: a.The number of reports where sodium nitrite was recorded b. The number of attendances where sodium nitrite was recorded. c. The number of deaths attended where sodium nitrite was recorded. d. The number of welfare checks made relating to sodium nitrite.

FOI 0812.2024-25 Q1. Please confirm if it is policy to replace the word sex with gender in policies/guidance. For example do you record a person's 'gender' instead of their sex? Please disclose all information in relation to this decision.

FOI 0798.2024-25 Q1. Between 03/05/2023 and 28/11/2024, how many arrests has your force made under Part One, Section One of the Public Order Act 2023 - the offence of locking on. For each arrest, please provide the ethnicity of the suspect. Please provide these as totals (e.g. White British = 5; Black Caribbean = 2).

FOI 0407-2024/25- The number of electric car charging vandalism incidents since 2019, listed by year and month, and if possible listed by public and private chargers. This includes theft, cable cuts, and intentional damage to the electric car charging points.

FOI 0409-2024/25- Copies of any policy or guidance, whether formal or informal, regarding decisions to investigate, arrest and prosecute individuals in connection with the offences referred to above.

FOI 0410-2024/25- How many search warrants under Section 1 of the Protection of Children Act 1978 and Section 160 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988 have been executed each year over the last 10 years, from 2014 to 2024.

FOI 0412-2024/25- Please could you provide me with the number of crimes reported that include the word "Grindr" (referring to the dating app only) AND whereby the victim of the alleged offence is under the age of 18.

We have recently moved into [REDACTED INFORMATION]. We have been told by a neighbour at [REDACTED INFORMATION] that our new house has been burgled previously. This is making us feel unsafe and we would like to know when the house was burgled, and what were the methods of entry so that we can install security systems.
