A number of warrants have been executed in the Filey area resulting in two arrests along with a quantity of class A and B drugs being seized. Investigations continue

An amount of drugs has been located at a property in the area and investigation continues

Vehicle stopped and seized after receiving reports of antisocial driving in the Eastfield area. Male driver arrested investigation continues.

A number of warrants have been carried out across the areas as part of a proactive day of action with a number of arrests , investigations continue into these crimes. Please continue to contact police in relation to any suspect drug activity within the community

An off road bike was seized after officers on patrol In Eastfield sighted riding toward the Dell the rider made off from police but the bike was later found and seized an investigation is under way to deal with the relevant offences

NPT day of action targeting, antisocial, behaviour e-bikes and off road bikes. High visibility patrols in targeted areas. We will continue to be proactive in these priority areas and we asked for continued support in reporting of incidents.

E-scooter seized in Eastfield- Last night Officers from the Eastfield Neighbourhood Policing Team received several reports on a e-scooter being driven dangerously in the Overdale area. Following enquiries by our PCSO's the rider was identified and traced to their home address , where the e-scooter was seized.

OP Tourist - In our ongoing commitment to creating safer communities, we work closely with a range of partners including local authorities, licensed premises, community safety teams and support services to reduce drink related ASB and all forms of violence, particularly violence against women and girls. Through joint initiatives such as high-visibility patrols and targeted operations. We aim to prevent incidents before they occur having proactive engagement, raising public awareness and encouraging reporting.
Our collaborative approach ensures that interventions are intelligence-led and victim-focused, with shared responsibility across agencies to promote safety and well being. By fostering strong relationships and open communication, we are better equipped to identify emerging risks, respond swiftly to concerns such as spiking, and support vulnerable individuals. Together, we are building a more resilient and respectful environment for everyone who lives in, works in, or visits our communities.

The neighbourhood team attended holiday parks for community safety days offering crime prevention advice and discussing the implications of alcohol abuse with youths and their families. All working together to keep people safe within our community

The NPT team have been regularly patrolling the holiday parks in the height of the summer season and supporting our colleagues and responding to incidents
