We have recognised the need for more face-to-face community engagements within our neighbourhoods therefore we have increased our Community Connection events. We will be advertising them via our website, Facebook and Community Messenger. We will work with more venues, and going forward, they will also advertise our events to make it easier for those who don't have social media or computer access

Each month, we send out a survey to our residents via Community Messenger to consult and identify the main concerns in Scarborough. We then add the results to our patrol strategies. To combat anti-social behaviour, we create hotspot locations, where we increase our patrols. The data from our surveys, reports to Police and from our partners forms part of the hotspot locations.
